Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Campaign Operations Manager to help build our pipeline and grow our business. Your focus will be on top-of-the-funnel marketing efforts and building the structure and attribution of lead generation campaigns including but not limited to: social, email, search, paid, events, webinars, podcasts, and anything else you think will work.

This role requires a high level of creativity, collaboration but also autonomy, and a focus on how best to get our solutions in front of our target audience and ensure campaigns are successful by directly tying Pipeline to your efforts. This role will be a mix or hybrid of Demand Generation and a traditional Operations role. You’ll report to our Director of Demand Generation, but we expect you to take the reins and can execute your own ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, products, and the buyer’s journey.
  • Promote top of funnel content for demand and lead generation campaigns (i.e., blogs, emails, social media posts, infographics, webinars, etc.).
  • Manage HubSpot properties, mappings, and connected Apps/APIs.
  • Oversee and setup lead flow operations, creating a seamless and accurate flow between our MAP (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Partnering with Product and Demand Marketing to develop and execute strategy around lead generation campaigns and management of the company’s web presence Using HubSpot and other lead-generation tools.
  • Be the executional arm behind the stories and messaging for our marketing campaigns by sourcing, curating, and producing engaging content that resonates with our target audiences to drive brand awareness and generate quality leads.
  • Effectively use data-driven insights to test, refine, and prove content performance.
  • Seeking opportunities for website enhancements and coordinating web development projects for implementation.
  • Keeping company website up to date and optimized—both in terms of content and from an SEO perspective; includes inputting and updating HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably within a SaaS business.
  • Ability and interest in taking initiative and working independently once initial guidance is provided by leadership.
  • Comfort handling multiple projects with ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time.
  • Experience in HubSpot required – Knowledge of Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • You have a deep understanding of how multiple channels impact each other and can be leverage in harmony to drive results.
  • You’re an analytical thinker and are comfortable working with data. You can create reports with ease, enjoy measuring campaigns, and love to optimize.
